Mix Brazil Fit’s story started in early 2017 when its partners realized that something was not right in their professional lives.
They did not have answers to simple questions like:
What makes you get out of bed every day? Do you like to do what you do? Does it agree with your principles?
So, after a long time of study and growth on professional matters, including experience abroad, in November 2018 Mix Brazil Fit was founded. The purpose of starting this company was and is to inspire a better lifestyle, connecting people to real foods, with real nutritious power and without additives. With these aspects in mind, environmental concerns are also a top priority with Mix Brazil Fit.
Then the journey of spreading the culture of nourishing yourself with real foods and a production process based on the concept of balance and love, begins around the world!
As a company, we have three pillars: balance, love, and gratitude.
Inspired by the admiration and respect for the wisdom of Eastern cultures originated from the practice of karate by one of the founding partners and the study of both cultural’ connection concerning a healthy diet by the other, in the beginning of 2019, the first product of the company, COFFEE MIXBRASIL FIT, was launched from a combination of 2 recipes created in the East, based on a traditional product from Brazilian culture; coffee.
Bulletproof Coffee was created by Dave Asprey, the best-seller author of “The Bulletproof Diet”, after an experience in Tibet in 2004. Is was during a walk that his energy levels dropped. Then, he was offered a local drink based on tea and butter that allowed him to gain his energy back very quickly. After a lot of studying, Dave understood the fat’s role with fast absorption in that drink, and he created Bulletproof Coffee by mixing coffee, butter, and coconut oil. With Bulletproof, we bring the concept of fat of fast absorption, and use MCT (medium chain triglycerides) in our recipe, which is nothing other than coconut fat, which is extremely healthy, and it brings more energy, focus, and mental clarity.
Golden Milk is a drink from the traditional oriental Ayurvedic medicine, made from vegetable milk with the addition of turmeric (the protagonist of the recipe), pepper, cinnamon, and some other spices. It has enormous anti-inflammatory potential and is a natural antioxidant. Finally, it strengthens immunity and, according to nutritionists, it helps in weight loss!
Inspired by these two recipes we created Coffee MixBrasil Fit, a thermogenic healthy coffee.
